1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promoter is operating a special anniversary Prize Draw on their Website which awards an experience Prize under these Experience Rules, alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1.2 Our Prize Draws are only open to Entrants who are resident of the United Kingdom and are aged 18 or over. We may require Proof of Identity to be provided to verify the Entrant’s age, to ensure that they are over the age of 18 as required by these Experience Rules before any Prize can be provided.

1.3 Employees of the Promoter and their family members, or anyone either professionally or commercially connected to the Promoter are explicitly prohibited from participating in any of our Prize Draws.

1.4 The Promoter at its own discretion may limit an Entrant's ability to enter our Prize Draws at any time if they feel the Entrant is abusing our services or acting in an inappropriate or dishonest manner. If the violation is deemed serious enough, the Promoter at its own discretion reserves the right to decline and/or invalidate an Entrant’s Entries.

2. Prize Draw Entry

2.1 Multiple Prize Draws may be operated at the same time by the Promoter and each Prize Draw will have an associated Prize as shown on the Website. The specific Prize Draw page will state whether our Official Rules or these Experience Rules apply to the given Prize Draw.

2.2 Please note that when entering online and/or by post you will not be deemed to have been entered into the Prize Draw until we confirm your Entry via email.

2.3 Customers can purchase Entries in the advertised quantities on the Prize Draw page.

2.4 There is no requirement to pay to enter any Prize Draw, as each Prize Draw has a postal entry route available – see section 7 below for more details of how to enter via post.

2.5 When entering a Prize Draw you will need to check your details carefully and confirm you have read and understood these Experience Rules. Once you have purchased your Entries and when your payment has cleared, we will contact you by email to confirm your Entry into the Prize Draw. Entrants to our Prize Draws will not be issued a refund on any paid entries for our Prize Draws.

2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Entry if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these Experience Rules.

2.7 The special anniversary Prize Draw will close to online Entries at midnight on 15th June 2025 and close to postal Entries on 16th June 2025.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The special anniversary Prize Draw will run for a period of 84 days from 23rd March 2025.

4. Prize Draw Judgement

4.1 The Winning Entry for the special anniversary Prize Draw will be selected by RandomPicker.com on 16th June 2025 at 7PM GMT, with the result published on our website shortly afterwards. RandomPicker.com are one of the world’s most popular independent services for random drawings, guaranteeing randomness and impartiality. Each individual Prize Draw produces a public record with an online certificate, allowing Entrants to independently validate the Draw and confirm their Entries were included.

4.2 Due to the nature of the Draw selection process, there will only be one Winner per Prize Draw, unless the Promoter states otherwise.

4.3 The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner of the Prize Draw using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of Entry. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate, up to date and complete. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been provided correctly, as the Promoter will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect Entrant details. The details provided at the time of Entry will be used for the delivery of the Winner's Prize and cannot be changed without extended identity verification due to fraud prevention measures.

4.4 If for any reason the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within 10 working days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter) of the end of a Prize Draw, or if the Winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize and/or the Winner is disqualified as a result of not complying with or contravening any of these Experience Rules, the Winner hereby agrees that they will irrevocably forfeit the Prize, and the Prize will remain in the possession and ownership of the Promoter.

4.5 In the event that the Promoter closes a Prize Draw early, the Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible Entries received by the Promoter prior to the date of closure, except that the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a Prize Draw early without selecting a Winner. In the event that a Prize Draw is closed without selecting a Winner, the Promoter will give all Customers gift card credit equivalent to their Entries in the closed Prize Draw to enable them to repurchase Entries for an alternative Prize Draw.
