1.2 Our Prize Draws are only open to Entrants who are resident of the United Kingdom and are aged 18 or over. We may require Proof of Identity to be provided to verify the Entrant’s age, to ensure that they are over the age of 18 as required by these Official Rules before any Prize can be delivered.

1.4 The Promoter at its own discretion may limit an Entrant's ability to enter our Prize Draws at any time if they feel the Entrant is abusing our services or acting in an inappropriate or dishonest manner. If the violation is deemed serious enough, the Promoter at its own discretion reserves the right to decline and/or invalidate an Entrant’s Entries.
2. Prize Draw Entry
2.1 Multiple Prize Draws may be operated at the same time by the Promoter and each Prize Draw will have a specific Prize as shown on the Website.

4.3 The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner of the Prize Draw using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of Entry. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate, up to date and complete. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been provided correctly, as the Promoter will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect Entrant details. The details provided at the time of Entry will be used for the delivery of the Winner's Prize and cannot be changed without extended identity verification due to fraud prevention measures.
4.4 If for any reason the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within 10 working days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter) of the end of a Prize Draw, or if the Winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize and/or the Winner is disqualified as a result of not complying with or contravening any of these Official Rules, the Winner hereby agrees that they will irrevocably forfeit the Prize, and the Prize will remain in the possession and ownership of the Promoter.
4.5 In the event that the Promoter closes a Prize Draw early, the Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible Entries received by the Promoter prior to the date of closure, except that the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a Prize Draw early without selecting a Winner.
