In Aid of Royal Papworth Charity - Supporting the UK's Leading Specialist Heart and Lung Hospital

How it Works

Below you will find everything you need to know about entering one of our prize draws:

Entry Conditions

Are there any entry requirements?

Our prize draws are only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

How many entries can I purchase?

The maximum number of entries a single person can purchase is limited to 20% of the total entries.

Winning a Prize

What are the odds of winning a prize?

The odds of winning a prize in one of our prize draws varies per draw and is dependant on the value of the prize on offer.

The number of entries available for each draw and your corresponding odds of winning the prize is shown on each prize draw detail page.

In what condition are the prizes?

All of our prizes are brand new, sealed and in collectable condition.

When and how will I know if I have won?

Participants will receive an email prior to the draw taking place containing a link to watch the draw live.

Once the draw has taken place the winner will be contacted directly, and the draw result added to the Draw Results page on our website.

How long does it take for the winner to receive their prize?

Once the winner has been drawn and confirmed, their prize will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Draw Procedure

How are my entries entered into the draw?

When you purchase entries for one of our prize draws, your transaction is securely logged in our draw database and a unique Entry Id for each of the entries you have purchased is generated. If you entered by post, your entry is processed by one of our team members and entered into the draw database. You can find your unique Entry Ids in your order confirmation email.

Each participant is entered into the draw as many times as they have purchased entries. For example, if you buy 1 entry, you will receive 1 Entry Id and be entered into the draw once. If you buy 10 entries, you will receive 10 Entry Ids and be entered into the draw 10 times, increasing your chances of being drawn for a prize.

How is the winner chosen?

All of our prize draws are conducted by RandomPicker.com within 2 business days of the prize draw selling out or on the advertised draw date, whichever occurs first. They are one of the world’s most popular independent services for random drawings, guaranteeing randomness and impartiality for all of our prize draws.

All draws produce a public record with an online certificate, allowing participants to independently validate the draw and confirm their entries were included. You can view our most recent public draw records here.

What if you don’t sell all of the entries?

All prize draws will be conducted on the advertised draw date regardless of remaining entries.
